Lagos accomplices IFC on eco-accommodating structures in the state

The Lagos State Government has ventured up its joint effort with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the Green Building drive with the preparation of fabricated climate experts that are in government work on the goals of this novel drive.

While talking at the Lagos State IFC Edge workshop on Green Building, held at the Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja, the Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako, said that the Green Building drive was being received by the State Government, in a joint effort with the IFC Edge group, as the correct method to foster climate agreeable and economical structures that would advance vegetation and definitely decrease the carbon impression in the State.

Additionally talking at the occasion, the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Engr. Abiola Kosegbe expressed that through the workshop and resulting preparation, a group of EDGE specialists to become Green Building experts would be developed among members.
