Breaking: Abducted Niger Commissioner Regains Freedom

Kidnapped Niger state Commissioner for Information Alhaji Mohammed Sani Idris has regained his freedom.

THISDAY learnt that he was released Thursday night.

A reliable source at the Ministry of Information told THISDAY that he was “hale and hearty.”

The source did not give details of how the commissioner was released or if ransom was paid
